Namig Nasrulla oglu Nasrullayev
He was born on February 2, 1945 in Baku and was the first chairman of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 1962 he finished the secondary school, in 1967 he graduated from the faculty of power engineering of the Azerbaijan Oil and Chemistry Institute named after M. Azizbeyov with honor diploma, and in 1970 from the Faculty of applied mathematics of the Moscow State University named after M. Lomonosov.
Since 1968 he worked on automatic control and invariance theory of regulation, extreme regulation systems in the post graduate school of the Institute of Management Problems of USSR Academy of Sciences under the leadership of B.N.Petrof.
In 1978, he got Ph.D on technical sciences on on-board nuclear power devices.
In 1978-1987 he worked as a Deputy Director of the Cybernetics Institute under the Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences and was a director of “Cybernetics” Special Construction Bureau.
In 1987 he was appointed the director of «Ulduz» Scientific Production Association and «Communication Systems » Scientific Research Institute and was in these positions till 1995.
In 1995 he worked as the first Deputy Minister of Economy and in 1996-2001 he was the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2001 he was apppointed the Chairman of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the decision of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, but in April, 2007 he was dismissed from this position because of health problems at his own request.
During N.Nasrullayev's Chairmanship of the Chamber, The law of the Republic of Azerbaijan «On Chamber of Accounts» and «Internal Regulation of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan» approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 269-Q ll dated 5th March 2002 were adopted, the Chamber of Accounts was formed and began to operate in terms of organizational structure as state financial control body, important work was done towards the establishment of mutual cooperation relations.
In 1973 he was rewarded with special award of USSR Council of Ministers, in 1986- with ‘Labor heroism’ medal, in 2005- with medal of «Friendship» by the decree of the President of Russian Federation, in 2007- «the Mark of Distinction» of the Chamber of Accounts of Russian Federation.
He has 15 copyright certificates and his 32 scientific works were published.
He is married with 2 children.
Heydar Xanısh oglu Asadov
He was born on 24 October 1959.
In 1978 he graduated from accounting faculty of Baku Soviet Trade College.
In 1983 he graduated from accounting economics faculty of Agriculture Institute of Azerbaijan.
In 1978-1984 during his studentship he worked as a worker, accountant, senior accountant and senior inspector.
In 1983-1992 he worked as a teacher, then chief teacher at University of Economics of Azerbaijan.
In 1987 he got degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences after defending PhD thesis at Moscow State University named after Lomonosov.
In 1992-1995 he was accepted to PhD of University of Marmara of the Republic of Turkey.
In 1996-2007 he worked as a director of state treasury under the Ministry of Finance, then a deputy minister of finance.
In 1995 he was appointed Deputy Minister of Finance.
On 17 April 2007 he was elected a Chairman of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the decision of Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2011 he received secondary Order for Service to the Motherland.
In 22 October 2013 he was appointed a Minister of Agriculture by the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He is an author of 3 monographs and over 30 scientific works.
He is married with 3 children.
