Mutual Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan and World Bank
Mutual Memorandum of Understanding with regard to planning and conducting “Thematic Audit Quality Review in Public Procurements” was signed between the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan and World Bank on December 7, 2018.
According to Mutual Memorandum of Understanding the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan and World Bank will cooperate with regard to coordination of the process of planning and implementation of “Thematic Audit Quality Review in Public Procurements” focusing on support to analysis of post executive procurements of the projects financed by World Bank, providing electronic form for efficient audit conduct on procurements, and software for analysis of management tools and data.
Additionally, World Bank undertook to provide technical assistance with regard to development of analytical software and enhancing analytical abilities and skills of the colleagues of the Chamber of Accounts.
Adaptation of management practice to modern international standards will create basis for formation of long-term and sustainable relations between the Chamber of Accounts and World Bank.
Mutual Memorandum of Understanding is in force from the date of its signature to December, 2021.
