The delegation of the Turkish Court of Accounts visited the Chamber of Accounts
The eleven members of the Turkish Court of Accounts (TCA) visited the Chamber of Accounts on May 23-27, 2016. TCA delegation was headed by Mr. Ahmet Kartal, the head of the 3rd chamber of TCA.
During the visit the goal and the future cooperation perspectives were discussed in the meeting held with Mr. Vugar Gulmammadov, Chairman of the Chamber of Accounts.
The TCA members also visited the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of the Chamber of Accounts, and met with Mr. Safa Mirzeyev, Head of Parliament Apparatus. During the meeting the discussions were held on regulation and expansion of relations between the Parliament and the SAIs.
The auditors of TCA met with the auditors of the Chamber of Accounts, exchange of views were held on activity directions.
The delegation of the Chamber of Accounts was informed on normative-legal acts regulating the activity of the Chamber of Accounts, structure and control activity, also the procedures for auditing.
The next day the TCA members were informed on Chamber’s relations with Parliament and opinions and reports drafted on main results of its activity, projects and events conducted within the international cooperation.
The discussions were held on each subject and the questions of the guests were responded.
During the visit the delegation visited the Martyrs Avenue and were acquainted with the sightseeing of Baku.
The visit of delegation consisted of TCA members ended on May 27.
